Job Description
Assist in the coordination of candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirming appointments, and providing necessary information.- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Sort out the candidates resume which assigned by Recruitment Consultant.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments with clients as required.
Prepare and process recruitment-related documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employment agreements.- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information and documents.
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Update and maintain the agency's recruitment database with candidate profiles, job postings, and client information.
Diploma or Degree, additional education in business administration or human resources is a plus.
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,800.00 per month
