Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Screening potential employees resumes and application, schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate employee wellness event and activities, which includes creating posters and presentations to notify employees of the event
  • Assisting with new hire orientation
  • Suggest and perform employee engagement activities
  • Promote culture related activities or initiatives across the organization
  • Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including document management and office organization.
  • Process financial transactions related to HR functions, such as reimbursements, benefits disbursement, and invoice payments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You love Human Resources, and are passionate about how can we do IT!
  • A desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Initiative and possess a positive working attitude
  • Able to join immediately or on short notice
  • Able to commit at least 4 months of internship
  • FUN!
