Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns.
Handle incoming staff queries or requests via call, email, or internal chat space and manage outgoing calls as required.- Must be able to speak Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
Professional attitude and appearance- Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
