Responsibilities:
- Maintain personnel records and update databases.
- Create guidelines and FAQ documents related to company policies.
- Gather payroll data and assist with payroll processing.
- Publish job advertisements and schedule interviews.
- Prepare HR-related reports and statistical data.
- Develop training materials for employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and policies.
- Follow any request jobs from Top Management
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in HR or administration.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
