Job Responsibilities- To monitor, process, and arrange delivery for incoming customer order.
To prepare documents such as Quotations, Stock Replenishment Form, etc, if any.- To communicate and follow up with customers on their order(s).
To prepare Sales Order and to ensure all the required information is clearly stated on the Sales Order.
- To monitor and prepare reports Outstanding Order On Hand.
To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.- To monitor customers payment status.
Any other ad-hoc assignments.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management or equivalent.
