- Handle the full spectrum of HR including Administrative functions.
- Managing any issue related to the accommodations staff.
- Arranging recruitment & staffing based on HOD/Director request.
- Handling the incoming correspondence letter.
- Managing employees database in HR Systems.
- To carry out the ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Print Expert Group Management or Directors from time to time as deemed necessary for the company.
- Monitoring the renewal of foreign workers visas and passports, business premises licences, fire extinguisher licences, rental agreements, and any additional related documents.
- Make documentation and filing regularly.
