Customer Relations Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Present and introduce our services to potential clients
- Track, follow-up, and convert leads into sales
- Research and identify potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective proposals
- Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma (higher qualifications are an advantage)
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in Customer Service or Telecommunications
- Positive attitude, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Strong multitasking abilities with good communication skills
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (preferred)
