Customer Relations Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Customer Relations Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Present and introduce our services to potential clients
  • Track, follow-up, and convert leads into sales
  • Research and identify potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective proposals
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma (higher qualifications are an advantage)
  • 1+ years of experience, preferably in Customer Service or Telecommunications
  • Positive attitude, hardworking, and eager to learn
  • Strong multitasking abilities with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (preferred)
