Job Description

Samsung Authorized Service Center (One Mobile Care SDN BHD) - Pavillion, KL.

RESPONSIBILITY:


Handle customer service on-site

Resolve customer problem and issue

Do admin and any related task

REQUIREMENT:


Speak Malay and English

Willing to learn & start from below

Availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays

Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines, in a fast-changing work environment

Fresh grads are encouraged to apply

Experience in customer service is a huge advantage

Operation Hour:


Sunday - Saturday 10am - 10pm

Working Hour:


Morning Shift: 10am -
  • 30pm

    Noon Shift: 1.30pm - 10.00pm

    (3 days Morning Shift & 3 Days Noon shift)

    WORKING LOCATION:


    Samsung Authorized Service Center (One Mobile Care SDN BHD) - Pavillion, KL
    Lot 1.19.00,168 Bukit Bintang St, Bukit Bintang 55100 Kuala Lumpur

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • Commission pay
Overtime pay

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Required)

Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)


Bahasa (Required)
