Logistic Coordinator

Main Duty

A logistics coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of shipping routes and delivery, specifically with regard to customer satisfaction. As a logistic coordinator, customer satisfaction is a priority as this is how business remains successful. Additionally, a logistic coordinator is well-versed in supply management principles and practices. Responding immediately to customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule is essential to this position.

• Responsibilities

• Manage orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs

Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements

• Communicate with suppliers, retailers and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders

• Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible

Overseeing all supply chain operations.

• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.

Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.

• Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification or Bachelors degree in business administration, facility management or similar field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in logistic.

Have working knowledge of computer. Knowledge in SAP computerized systems will be an added advantage and previous managerial experience is a bonus.

• Good understanding of the technical features of machine or automotive systems and strong knowledge facilities machines, equipment and parts

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Mature efficient, independent, high integrity can work well under pressure & be flexible to changing priorities and working hours

Self-starter, understand & anticipate what needs to be done, take required action & able to manage & multi task in a face pace environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM4,
