Responsible for daily sales administration activities (e.g. quotation, contract, invoice and other documentation processing)
Work closely with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines;
Handle general customers enquiries;
Assist the general office administrative duties as assigned
Responsible for the preparation of packing list & delivery note and related shipping documents;
Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment order and local delivery arrangement;
Update and maintain delivery schedules & shipment record in system;
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree, in any field;
3 years relevant working experience;
Good command of written and spoken English, able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferable as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers;
Experience in ISO and familiar with logistics operation will be an advantage;
Work independently with minimal supervision;
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
Attention to details;
Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX;
Salary depends on experience and qualification;
Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
