Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Scope of Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Directional Drilling (DD), Measurement While Drilling (MWD), Logging While Drilling (LWD), and Drilling Tool Equipment and Services. The Scope of Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the service scope with the client and other contractors, ensuring efficient and safe well operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main and primary contact focal point between the company and the client for the respective scope of service.
Act as the primary contact focal point between the company and the clients other contractors for any relevant interfacing works as directed by the client.- Manage the scope of work required within the client's well engineering operations from planning/design stages through execution and into the evaluation/feedback loop.
Prepare drilling programs as per the client's requirements.
- Conduct all well engineering simulations, including but not limited to hydraulics, torque, and drag, required for safe and efficient well operations.
Organize all communication channels and activities between the client and the company, including site visits, audits, inspections, and testing.- Participate in well problem-solving on a 24/7 basis.
Monitor the companys warehouse inventory control and update the client as and when required.
- Assist in special projects that may arise in conjunction with the project and that will be beneficial to the project.
Prepare various reports as required by the client.- Proactively plan the companys roles, responsibilities, and manpower movement with regard to the work.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Directional Drilling (DD), Measurement While Drilling (MWD), Logging While Drilling (LWD), and Drilling Tool Equipment and Services.- Minimum of two (2) deepwater project experiences in oil and gas exploration or development, with projects or wells having a minimum water depth of 300meters using a floating drilling rig (either semi-submersible or drillship).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient in preparing detailed reports and managing communication channels.
