Job description- JOB DESCRIPTION HR ASSISTANT
To assist full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.- To record staffs, leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance, Overtime & claims.
To setting and assist in attendance system ie setting face scan/thumbprint new employee into attendance system, any error.
- Handle Training related matters (HRD Corp training grant, claim, training provider any relevant matters)
Assist in Recruitment-Job posting, Screening, interview arrangement.- Assist in Discipline matter- preparing show cause, warning/reminder letter.
Responsible for Office Administration, monitoring general building repairs & maintenances, fire systems, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment & etc
- Support administration including supervising security, cleaning work, maintenance, lorry inspection, Pest Control, Lift service maintenance and MyKKP renewal, insurance renewal & business licenses renewal.
To assist in preparing monthly report i.e headcount report, attendance report and etc- To liase with IT vendor if required.
To record and perform companies utilities bill ie Telekom, Maxis, Unifi, Digi, Petronas Smart pay, Touch n Go.
- To assist in Foreign Workers matters such as hostel management, fomema and etc
Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources, Administration/Business Management or any equivalent field.- At least 2 year of working experience as Human Resources Assistant.
Good communication skills and can work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Candidate in Manufacturing background most welcome.

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM3,500.00 per month
