HR ASSISTANT (MANDARIN SPEAKING) - BASED IN SINGAPORE Provide clerical and administrative support within the HR department- Assist HR Department on the whole recruitment cycle and training sessions.
Assisting the HR Department with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Contact point for employee in regard to HR policy and procedures, and communicate with the external parties (HR Vendors, MOM, recruiters)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data during the payroll cycle such as absenteeism, bonus and leaves taken.- Processing of monthly payroll and maintainance of payroll system (Justlogin/ERP System)
Handle and resolve queries on payroll matters
- Prepare statutory submissoons such as CPF and IRAS

At least Diploma in Business administrative/Human Resources or other related fields, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR functions.- Strong knowledge in Recruitment process/Labour laws
Able to converse and write in Chinese in order to handle and resolve queries from Chinese speaking associates in regards with the payroll matters.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
* Strong interpersonal skill, initiative and detailed orientated self-starter to execute HR operation.
