Assist in issuing standard HR letters, such as employment confirmation, medical check-up letter, etc.
Update the names of new confirmed staff into the Red Alert (clinic panel) and monitor the system for any changes needed.
To handle Recruitment and assist with the onboarding process for new hires, Job posting and arrange for an interview for selected candidates.
Generate and distribute attendance reports to relevant departments and management.
Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases with accurate employee information.
Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Assist in verifying and processing staff claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
To handle Foreigner and immigration matters Permit / Passport renewal, Fomema, E-PLKS, RTK and etc. Assist in verifying overtime (OT) submissions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Arrange, monitor and record food handling and typhoid certificates for outlet employees.
Preparing Memo from time to time from the management and HR Executive.
Updating employee records and data into the system (INFO-TECH).
Generate and distribute attendance reports to relevant departments and management every morning.
To monitor the arrival of staff through the system.
To assist HR Executive to make Payroll report.
To assist HR Executive for audit at outlets including Setia Ikan Bakar.
Managing and ordering staff uniforms (Corporate and Outlet Shirts).
Assisting HR Executive in making a summary of EPF, SOCSO & EIS, ZAKAT, PCB AND HRDF reports.
Help HR Executive to manage Staff Entertainment Birthday celebration, Team Building, Sport Day and Company Trip and any events that held at Polperro including any additional events.
Provide general support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
Perform other duties assigned by management or supervisor.
