Responsibilities & Skills
A successful candidate will join a team designing and developing Lattice FPGA software tools at Penang. The candidate will contribute to delivering software solution for Lattice FPGA development to be involved in device modeling for new architecture evaluation and next generation FPGA support including device database enhancement for new architecture and investigate/debug to identify the device/timing modeling enhancement for mid-range FPGA. The candidate is expected to work closely with architecture team and SW device modeling for FPGA architecture support and implementation team for QoR improvement to provide an entire FPGA solution from Synthesis/simulation to bitstream download. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing software product too and interacting with other teams to facilitate a value-added solution.
Responsibilities & Skills
Bachelor, Master (Prefer) or better in Electrical Engineering or related field with 8 + years of experience in FPGA SW or EDA SW Tool development
Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of data structure and graph algorithms
- Expertise in C++, Perl, Python, Verilog
- Expertise in RTL design and simulation
Preferred
- Knowledge or experience in FPGA architecture, FPGA tool or EDA tool development
