JOB VACANCY Resident Engineer (Windows Server) Work location: Putrajaya

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary range: RM3,- 00 - RM5,000.00
- Key duties/ responsibilities
Maintaining Windows Servers (Exchange ,Active Directory (AD), DNS)- Support & troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), DNS and Exchange Infrastructure but not limited to configuration, policies, features, functionality etc based on agreed SLAs &KPI
Conduct & report RCA to customers.
- Technical responses to complex or major issues
Perform maintenance tasks(CM,PM), applying software patches and minor version upgrade- Monitoring & Maintaining server infrastructure DC and DRC
Documents and maintains operational processes and User knowledge base.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
Qualification: Minimum qualification of Degree in Computer Science (System Computer) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Malay/ English
Excellent oral and written communication skills- Demonstrate good understanding of Windows, Office, DNS, AD, LDAP, DHCP, Mail retention policies and PowerShell.
3 years of IT working experience in general and 3 years maintaining Windows Server Environment(Exchange, AD, DNS)
- Possess a valid certification related to maintaining Windows Server, AD & Exchange
