Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a MNC in the FSSC transformation program. We are currently looking for OTC Analyst, who will report to the OTC Manager to support the office in the day-to-day operation of OTC processes of the assigned regions.
About The Job
- Providing operational support for the OTC functions within the APAC region from a centralized Shared Services setting.
- Overseeing and ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for various OTC processes, including but not limited to invoice preparation, following up with overdue invoices, ensuring collection up to date, and perform retail sales reconciliation etc.
- Additionally, managing SLAs for OTC (Order-to-Cash) activities to a lesser extent as necessary.
- Assisting in month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborating with stakeholders such as customers, requestors, and suppliers to address and resolve collection issues.
- Facilitating communication and coordination between departments to gather required information and documents.
- Undertaking any other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
