As we embark on the next chapter of our journey into digital banking alongside our consortium partners, we are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee owned and earned brand awareness initiatives, and new product launches, and overall drive a positive brand image in the eyes of the modern consumer.
About You
The Marketing Manager is a vital part of the JDS team, with a primary focus on driving video content marketing and expanding our social video presence, particularly on TikTok, X, Meta and any other platforms. You will lead the development and management of brand-building initiatives, ensuring that our messaging resonates with todays digital-savvy consumers. Your role is crucial in helping Malaysians make smarter financial decisions by creating compelling, engaging video content that supports our brands vision.
Your Day-to-Day
Oversee all internal and external communications for the company, ensuring its messaging is consistent, engaging, and resonates with todays consumers.
Plan and manage initiatives with external and internal stakeholders.
Work on positive brand imagery projects and monitor consumer sentiment via Google Review and Facebook Review.
Manage social media activities to continuously drive engagement from our followers.
Work cross-team to generate a single comms theme, utilize existing assets / propose new content to engage with the social media community.
Measure and track the performance of all projects in hand.
Manage and liaise with the Creative team on social assets creation.
Lead the strategy and execution of video content marketing across all platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok, X and Meta.
Develop and implement strategies to grow our social platform (TikTok, X, Meta) presence, creating content that resonates with our target audience.
Your Marketing KPI
To increase customer satisfaction in Google Review.
Increase engagement and follower growth on TikTok and other social video platforms.
Drive leads through video content and social media activities. Increase social media engagement rates.
Improve social media engagement rates across all platforms.
To lead, plan and drive annual brand projects.
Drive new brand initiatives, either internally or with partners.
Completion of projects to support internal stakeholders.
Supplement BP activities with marketing support.
Drive new video and social media initiatives, both internally and with partners.
See through marketing plans for 3rd party vendors when sold.
Develop marketing plans for 3rd party vendors when required (all platforms).
Your Know-How
A strong grasp of brand and marketing communications.
A strong grasp of video content marketing, particularly on social video platforms like TikTok, X and Meta.
A meticulous and detailed project manager.
A good command of English and at least one other language.
Proficiency in financial literacy is a bonus.
Excellent communication skills and an impeccable eye for detail.
Strong commercial focus and the ability to prioritise tasks.
Comfortable working on teams with an experimental and agile mindset.
