Responsible to update, manage and assign cases to Operations Team and perform follow up callback.
Look for SLA Admin profiles/ account coordinators/ support.
Workaround to track and meet SLA SLA Management, report etc. ( account level management).
Managing callback, escalation, etc. emails.
Looking for candidates with the max CTC range of 4000-4500 MYR.
Immediate joiners with excellent excel skills/ knowledge.
Responsible to update, manage and assign cases.
To ensure daily operations run smoothy.
Follow up open cases to ensure they are being updated accurately and timely.
Candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Languages Bahasa, Malay and English
