Job Description

Job Description:
  • Maintain and improve overall service level.
Oversee daily operations, people resources and administrative processes.
  • Performing regular quality assessments on all incoming and outgoing motorcycles.
Making improvements to the maintenance process to ensure quality control.
  • Guiding the workshop team on quality control concerns to improve result excellence.
Supervise the daily workshop process.
  • Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Ability to determine the condition of each motorcycle by identifying technical issues, mechanical issues and safety concerns.
  • Performing stationary tests and road tests to check the overall health of each motorcycle.
Coordinating and communicating the inspection findings with the respective parties.
  • Test motorcycle components for wear, damage, or improper adjustment, using mechanical or electrical devices.
Report preparation on each motorcycle for follow-up action.
  • Manage costs and expenses through process efficiencies.
Analyse and adjust work schedules, solve production problems, handle quality issues and manage customer interactions.
  • Monitor workshop workflow, inspect completed work and draft reports to detect recurrent faults.
Ensuring proper QC is done to every motorcycle.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or possess skill certificate in motorcycle technician.
  • 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferably those with hands-on mechanic work related experience.
Knowledge of motorcycle operations and related processes is required.
  • Good understanding and effective usage of leadership principles to get the job done.
A thorough understanding of workshop processes, equipment technology and shop procedures
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle license and at least 2 years of motorcycle riding experience.
Skillsets needed include technical know-how, leadership skills and interpersonal intelligence.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and with a good working attitude.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM6,500.00 per month
