Our role at IT Group Functions (IT GF) is to address the information and technology needs of the Corporate Center the GBS Service Lines and CSI to make them successful in their digital transformations. We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Develop and administer IT plans and processes to drive functional priorities and deliver systems/ applications development, hardware acquisition and integration requirements in line with overall business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

Design and implement digital process automation solutions tailored to the complexity of each project. This requires close collaboration with colleagues and customers to create sustainable, state-of-the-art solutions. These solutions are designed to be scalable, maintainable, and continuously improved within the business environment.

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for BPM projects.
• Definition of development artifacts, management of assigned work items, and reporting on implementation progress
• Implement BPM solutions and integrate with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Quality assurance for own and peer code ensuring compliance to design standards and best practices.
• Create comprehensive documentation for BPM solutions.
• Proactive contribution to the continuous improvement of the methodologies and assets of the team
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Resolution of complex or urgent events, incidents, problems, and changes

Your profile:

Education Level

• Bachelor's Degree in IT major (M. Sc. desirable)

Experience Level

• More than 4 years

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Analytical mindset and strong knowledge on fundamental concepts of IT (Infrastructure, Network, Databases, Interfaces, ERP Systems - especially SAP S4/Hana)
• Multiple years of experience developing automation solutions based Bizagi (On-Prem & Cloud). Other BPM tools and MS Power is a plus (Certifications desirable)
• Ability to construct and write code in one of the following programming languages: C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, VBA
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and hands-on mentality.
