Become a key member of our HR team, playing a vital role in optimizing our Workday platform to support strategic HR initiatives and a world-class employee experience. You'll partner closely with HR subject matter experts and Senior HR Business Partners to ensure successful implementation of Workday functionality and empower informed decision-making.
Here's What This Exciting Role Entails
- Manage and maintain configurations for core Workday modules like HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, and Absence.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective configuration practices.
- Oversee Workday's Inbound and Outbound Integrations (e.g., EIB) to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement efficient integration solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, maintaining optimal data exchange between Workday and other systems.
- Partner with HR experts and business partners on system design, user experience, troubleshooting, process improvement, and testing.
- Facilitate open communication to identify system challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement workarounds.
- Drive successful rollouts of new Workday functionalities within project timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and leverage Workday's capabilities to optimize business processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented functionalities.
- Prepare, deliver, and schedule impactful Workday reports to empower data-driven decision-making across the HR function.
- Translate complex HR data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify reporting needs and develop custom reports using Workday reporting tools.
To Thrive In This Role, You'll Possess The Following
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent experience configuring and troubleshooting Workday systems for HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance, Talent, Learning, and Absence modules.
- Proficiency in creating and updating Workday Inbound and Outbound Integrations (e.g., EIB).
- Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday functionality to optimize HR processes.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures is a strong plus.
- A passion for staying updated on the latest Workday advancements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
