Senior IT Consultant (Workday Consultant)
Be the Workday subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Advanced Compensation
Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess actual stakeholder needs and propose recommendations andor alternative solutions to meet stakeholder goals. Advise stakeholders on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements
Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements for Workday Advanced Compensation module while remaining flexible to stakeholders changing needs.
Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on medium to high complexity projects across multiple, concurrent stakeholders without supervision for area(s) of expertise.
Frequently discusses, and can articulate to stakeholders, lessons learned from previous stakeholder experience, Workday best practices
Perform research on problems, identify the true cause, and present/implement corrective measures to the stakeholder.
Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively.
The must haves skills:
Workday Advanced Compensation and Reporting configuration experience is a MUST
With at least 3 years of Workday experience
Led at least 2 cycles of Advanced Compensation launch.
Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and Core Compensation
Experience in requirements gathering, fit gap analysis, design, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Deep Workday custom reporting, analytics and EIB and experience required.
Knowledge of Workday security administration
Pointers from supplier call :
Compensation Cycle: The selected candidate will assist with the compensation cycle, which occurs twice a year mid-cycle in September and the main cycle in February-March.
Main Cycle Planning: Planning for the main cycle will begin by mid-August, with action items and launch preparations for February 2025.
Start Date: The ideal candidate will start in early October to receive training Role Requirements: We need a senior professional experienced in managing the entire compensation cycle and leading requirement gathering from the compensation team. The candidate should have successfully implemented at least two compensation cycles.
Workday Advanced Compensation Module: Familiarity with this module is essential. Hands-on experience is required to handle all configurations necessary to launch the compensation cycle.
