About The Job
- to take responsibility of functional modules and work closely with the other functional consultants
- to participate in all phases of the implementation projects, from requirements gathering to design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- to be responsible in designing, configuring, and optimising of Workday modules, particularly Core HCM & other modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Onboarding, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning & Analytics
- to execute Workday configuration standards
- to recommend and implement process changes that enhance operational efficiency and support the customer's business strategy
- to participate in the development of comprehensive documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides
About The Manager/team
The role is an individual contributor role where you will be working with client teams, other functional & technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support / implementation role within Workday
About Requirements
- Those with at least 3 years of working experience in doing functional configuration for Workday system is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with at least 1 full cycle end to end greenfield / brownfield / rollout project in implementation of Workday is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those who are able to execure L2 /L3/SME kind of support capability for Workday system is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with experience within Workday consulting is is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with exposure in either one of these sub-modules ; Core HCM (a must) / Compensation / Benefits / Talent Management / Recruiting / Learning / Absence Management / Time Tracking / Payroll / Advanced Compensation / Onboarding / Security is an added advantage but not compulsary
- Those with any Workday certification is highly sought after (not compulsary)
About The Salary & Benefits
- Open for MALAYSIAN & expats that DOES NOT require VISA to work in Msia
- up to RM RM 25,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
