The Workday Analyst Role
- Act as a Workday SME.
- Be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of HR functionality of Workday.
- Be the first point of contact for stakeholders with Workday issues / requests. Provide user support and troubleshoot issues.
- Proactively highlight opportunities for development of the system and functionalities working with stakeholders to identify areas that can improve processes within Workday.
- Perform EIB uploads.
- Work to improve data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday solutions (ensuring alignment to global roadmap).
- Design and develop of dashboards and reporting.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Strong HCM experience and knowledge of other Workday modules such as Performance, Talent, Recruitment, Time and Absence, and Expenses.
- Previous experience in a similar Workday role, ideally in an international environment.
- Technical and functional knowledge of Workday.
- Modifying workflow changes and functionality where appropriate.
- Experience with report writing and calculated fields to support companywide metrics.
- Experience of mass data uploads via EIBs.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
