About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to support our clients globally. This will be a multifaceted role encompassing configuration, AMS/post-production services, delivery services and business development activities.
You will work with a team of local and global Workday consultants, driving the growth and success of the Workday practice in UST.
What you need:
Must have at least two active Workday certification(s). As a Workday partner UST can maintain and expand your Workday certifications.
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (Preferred).
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working on Workday Adaptive Planning.
At least 5+ years of Workday experience in delivery and post-production/AMS roles
Experience building and leading Workday teams.
Experience managing senior customer stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while not losing focus on quality.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations.
Associate or bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience, required.
Experience working with global Workday teams across multiple time zones (this is not a 9 to 5 job!)
The Opportunity and Responsibilities:
Experience in delivering financial planning and/or workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive will be highly valued.
Proven project experience delivering financial planning solutions covering most phases of the project lifecycle including scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment while using project management methodologies.
Proven support experience in supporting financial planning and/or workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive with troubleshooting and hands on configuration.
Act as the primary interface between UST Clients and the practice.
Establish successful relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from client teams to translate them into Workday configuration requirements for our global delivery team (onshore and offshore)
Partner with customer teams live on Workday to support end users via resolving functional and configuration issues, ensuring data integrity, delivering enhancements, and achieving greater process efficiencies.
Manage/support Workday system modules and integrations, support semi-annual upgrade processes, and deploy new functionality as approved.
Facilitate problem solving between customer resources, and subject matter experts/process owners.
Provides Workday subject matter functional expertise for enhancements and development including business process configuration, testing, and other troubleshooting support for at least two of these modules - Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Performance/Talent, and Custom Reports.
Work effectively to support client satisfaction and success, while growing USTs footprint and reputation
Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements, analyze the issues and develop a robust solution.
Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators for our customers.
Identify and resolve issues and challenges specific to the AMS and post-production industries, utilizing a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients and partners.
