We will count on you to:
Manage and maintain end user Windows-based infrastructure
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and related software.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access and data breaches.
Manage Active Directory services, including user accounts, group policies, and security permissions.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and implement infrastructure projects and upgrades.
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or similar role.
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Active Directory services.
Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware.
Good knowledge of networking principles and protocols.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, VCP) are a plus.
What makes you stand out:
Experience with cloud-based application support services, such as Azure or AWS.
Experience working with JIRA / Confluence
Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
Knowledge of VPN technologies and ability to troubleshoot
Experience with Cloudflare WARP / Zero Trust methodology
