Responsible for developing new business (equipment sales and service maintenance) for the Company.
Study the market, develop a list of potential customers and projects and updating the list on a regular basis
Contact by phone and visit potential and existing customers on a regular basis with a minimum target to be achieved which will be set by the company every year.
Develop and maintain a database of Corporate, Hotels, Golf and Country clubs, etc. (Market Segment will be determined upon joining)
Prepare equipment proposals and layouts, close sales and arrange for billing and collection of deposits.
As and when required, assist the Sales, Admin and Technical team in projects not directly related to sales, e.g. Promotion and advertising, delivery, services or other business-related work.
To manage key accounts and be responsible for of all equipment sold to the clients which includes commissioning and training on the usage of the equipment as necessary.
Conduct discipline interviews for all problems that arise with all employees under your supervision and take any disciplinary action when necessary. (Applicable when taking on added job functions)
Work with the team to evaluate current programs and establish new ones with respect to profitability and meeting Company goals.
To work with the Country Manager and assist when necessary for all functions and promotions, company events and special programs held by the Company.
To communicate and provide regular progress reports of all potential leads and sales to the Country Manager and Management on a weekly and monthly basis
Develop and maintain good communication with all team members, prospects and customers.
Work diligently to keep up office morale.
Attend weekly staff/management meetings.
To proactively contribute ideas to the Company with the objective of improving revenues and reduce expenses while maintaining great service to all customers.
Organize, produce and contribute towards company's promotional and marketing activities.
Keep abreast of the industry trends through reading, communication with other clubs and by attending industry seminars and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and the Senior Management.
To attend all courses, training and complete all training requirement online and on your own effort basis. Mandatory to complete E-learning courses.
Requirements:
5 to 7 years experience in a similar role.
University graduates preferred.
Knowledge and experience in residential property development preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills articulate, clear, and able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders: HQ, clients, and internal stakeholders.
