Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Learn and perform duties as per the company's established procedures and policies.
  • Learn and execute duties as a Branch Manager in accordance with the company's established procedures and policies.
  • Learn and perform all Beauty Therapist tasks as specified.
  • Learn and perform all counter management and customer service duties as per the company's requirements.
  • Learn and follow all prescribed procedures and treatments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of SPM/Diploma.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of spa management systems and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive independently.
  • Presentable and neat appearance.
