Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and motivating a team of massage therapists and front desk staff to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Develop & execute sales strategy for wellness program and services to achieve revenue target
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and staff rotations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the center.
  • Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • At least achieve SPM education
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales/related field experience
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the wellness or beauty line industry.
  • Able to write & converse in both Mandarin & English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Centre location (Working hour: 9.30am to 7pm): Bandar Puteri Puchong, Eco Majestic, Semenyih and Bandar Mahkota Cheras
