- Support market operations and the execution of strategic website plans.
- Collaborate daily with market teams to comprehend their needs and steer updates, new launches, and campaign rollouts, while providing support during transitions and project implementations.
- Manage the market-specific customization of reference content, ensuring quality and coordinating launches with the agency and an offshore hub.
Standardization & Quality improvement
- Contribute to the governance and standardization of market websites and digital applications, enhancing overall website performance, quality, and customer experience in collaboration with headquarters and the regional strategy team
- Liaise with market teams to ensure comprehension and implementation of standards set by headquarters and the regional strategy team, offering training if needed.
- Conduct periodic reviews of all OneWeb instances to ensure error-free systems and smooth operations
- Maintain market websites to a high standard, promptly addressing any quality issues
Cross-stream alignment
- Facilitate coordination between Market Adoption Leads and other delivery teams (CRM, Media, Personalization) to ensure accurate implementation of market operations and plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for markets and the Experience Center for troubleshooting issues
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve critical issues and manage tickets.
