MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design consumer journey, maps user's experience out and creates product including interactive prototypes

Create low-fidelity concepts and product briefs, wireframes, information architecture, interaction flows

Perform usability testing and gather user's feedback

Create compelling user interface designs for our web portals

Produce graphic design and visual imagery of the website, company leaflets and electronic newsletter

Draft functional requirements and specifications for our developers

Manage the quality of our web portals and continuously enhance the design and user experience

Perform ad-hoc duties when required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or master's degree in design, Graphics / Multimedia Design or related disciplines

At least 2 years experience in web design and product management

Experience in modern web design and layout is a must

Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and UX/UI tools is a must

Experience in Wix website builder is a bonus

Experience in motion graphics and Adobe After Effects is a bonus

Experience in Adobe Premier Pro is a bonus

Experience in gathering user requirements and doing usability research and test is a bonus

Experience in drafting functional requirement and specification is a bonus

Experience in leaflet, booth or PowerPoint design in a bonus

Experience driving and managing web based products is a bonus

Strong communication skills and team working skills is a must

Self-motivated, creative, detail-minded, and good command of English

Candidates who also possess product management experience may be considered as Assistant Product Manager.
