MUST TO HAVE:
-At least 2 years working experience as sales B2B in any
related field (construction and furniture/interior company)
-Knowledge in Design & Build, Interior & Office Furniture
-Microsoft office skill (excel, word and PPT)
-English and Mandarin
PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage) -Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vector Works, Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp will be an advantage

- Contact with new clients and business partners
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Monitor and supervision on site progress to ensure quality of work and proceed on schedule
- Make suitable recommendations to meet customers needs and wants.
- Present and promote design solutions to meet client requirements
- Attend site meetings if required
- Work with vendors including project supervision and adhere to works program
- Handle sales enquiries and documents
- Prepare proposals and quotation
- Go to business trip (once a month, 1-2 days, within Malaysia)
- Training in Japan for 1 week ( not every year)
