Job Descriptions- Handling company stock management.
Entering data into computer excel file to keep stock inventory up to date. (Ensure inventory accuracy)- Prepare aroma oil to technician in daily basis for service job according to schedule, SDO & Service Card.
Ensure proper recording and filing of stock/service card.
- Unload from delivery vans or lorry and checking stock received in is match with the company order.
Loading to external transport company when needed to send out stock.- Moving boxes or bottles around the warehouse. (in some cases, this may need to send for disposal)
Processing and packing customer orders for ready to ship or pick up. (This may need to testing machine before sent out)
- Preparing scent samples when needed.
Keeping the warehouse area clean, tidy and free from unnecessary hazards to uphold health and safety.- Prepared monthly stock report accurately.
Assist to attend walk-in customers when needed.
- Complete daily and monthly tasks on time. Ensure the work efficiency and deadlines are met.
Support any ad hoc duties or projects assigned by superior when deemed necessary. (To assist service team on site and etc)- Office location at Setia Avenue, Setia Alam.
Work experience in data entry or warehouse experience will be added advantage.- Knowledge in using computer or handphone software/programs.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good technical skills related to mechanical and electrical work with a basic in electronic equipment maintenance is preferred.
Posses valid B2 license with clean track record.- With CIDB card is preferred.
Good time management, punctual, trust, honest and responsible.
- Self motivated, proactive and willing to learn.
