Receiving, processing, and unpacking goods, signing for packages, preparing computer kits for distribution, updating inventory records, counting boxes, and reporting on and basic troubleshooting of defective goods (RMA).
Uses and operates manual and electronic documents, files, and records (shipping accounts, bar-coding, inventory, monthly inventory reporting, electronic delivery logs, incoming shipments, etc.) to properly document activities, provide material and reliable resource information. Ensure proper record keeping as required.
Utilizes asset management tools such as bar code & PDA scanners to perform inventory operations.
Provides outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail, completing assigned work in a timely manner, and maintaining an efficient and effective work environment.
Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Asset Management Team.
Maintains a detailed and accurate log of all items shipped, received, or moved within the area of responsibility.
Managing on-site assets.
Preferred to be able to operate heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts)
Ensures health & safety guidelines are followed and raises any issues deemed to be detrimental to causing a hazard

Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems
Education: Associate Degree and above. (High School Diploma Leaving Cert required only)
AND 2+ year(s) experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
