_Responsibilities
_- Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Receiving, Inbound & Returns Operations:
- Oversee the receiving of goods, ensuring accurate counts and quality checks.
Communicate with the Customer & Customer service if there is any issue, complaint or abnormality (damage & discrepancy) during the process.
- To pass all the documents related to inbound back to customer service for filling and recording.
Ensure all the goods are managed and put away according to the SOPs.- To ensure the inbound is processed within the lead time agreed in the KPI.
- Order Fulfilment and Outbound Operations:
Supervise order picking, packing, PTL (if any) and outbound (handover and loading) processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency and follow the lead time agreed in the KPI.- Coordinate with customer service & the customer to prioritise and fulfil orders.
Ensure all outbound documents are properly documented and meet customer requirements.
- Monitor the handover process to ensure all the quantities (Units, Cartons, Pallets or Parcel) are matched with the Document.
To ensure all the orders and deliveries are processed within the lead time agreed in the KPI
- Storage and Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).- Conduct regular inventory audits and weekly cycle counts.
Ensure optimal storage conditions and efficient use of warehouse space.
Enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Utilise data and analytics to drive operational efficiencies.
- Equipment, Maintenance & Consumable:
Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and proper use, such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks & any equipment used for the operations
- Schedule and manage routine equipment inspections and repairs.
To ensure all the checklist is updated- Control and update the consumable usage to ensure operation usage is sufficient and communicate with customer service for any purchase
- Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on warehouse activities.- Work with the customer service and Manager to prepare, update and achieve the Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.
Provide regular updates to senior management on warehouse operations.
- Update report to the customer daily.
Oversee the operation volume (based on customer forecast) and control the overtime and headcount for Cost Control
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of warehouse operations.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer service activities.
Work closely with Customer Service, inventory management, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.- Participate in regular meetings with the warehouse team to discuss ongoing issues and improvements.
Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Assist in training new Supervi representatives on warehouse operations
3 Years Experience in managing warehouse operation- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
