Responsibilities- Ensure that the warehouse operation at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction to the primary goal.
Supervising and organizing warehouse workers in establishing, monitoring and managing operational goals.- Perform inventory weekly cycle count and submit the report on time as per required.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of entire warehouse storage within the standard of 5S.
- Ensure all input of warehouse metrics being effectively recorded, summarized and submitted to direct superior.
Maintain the effectiveness of FIFO in order to ensure unnecessary of aging stock.- Ensure the sustainability of workflows effectiveness, space allocations & utilization, inventory accuracy, and execution of action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality and customer service.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures by complying with legal regulations.
- Minimum 3 years in warehouse team lead.
- An individual that is careful and not prone to mistakes.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Able to communicate, read and write in basic English and Malay.
- Possess knowledge of warehouse operations inclusive of receiving, outgoing, inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Able to drive forklift or reach truck.
