Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Ensure the secure custody of all materials, supplies, finished products, purchased items, and other inventories related to the store.
- Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities.
- Assist in receiving all merchandise from suppliers, checking for discrepancies and damages.
- Sort merchandise according to type and location within the warehouse.
Warehouse Operations:
- Restock the warehouse as needed, ensuring proper organization and storage of inventory.
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
Store Maintenance:
- Ensure that the warehouse is kept clean and organized at all times.
Skills Needed:
- Inventory Management:
- Proficiency in managing stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking situations.
Ability to use retail software for inventory projection and management.- Ensure smooth warehouse operations through effective inventory control.
- Computer Proficiency:
- Competency in using inventory management software and other relevant computer applications to facilitate warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Food Manufacturing, Logistic, Warehousing Management, Supply Chain or related field.
- Background in food manufacturing.
- Proven experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production management software and computer applications.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,499.00 per month
