Warehouse Supervisor????/??

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor to grow with us. You will be based in our new factory at Senai Airport City, Johor.

• Responsibilities:

Carry out efficient daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound, stock organisation and inventory storage.

• Supervise efficient stock picking, checking, and packing as per the customers order lists.

Conduct regular stock counts on a monthly basis for accurate inventory control.

• Monitor all warehouse transactions and report it to management if there are any discrepancies.

Formulate and continuously improve warehouse work flow and application system.

• Operate a forklift or stacker to move or store inventory when it's necessary.

Maintain proper records of stock movement and ensure all stock stored in the correct location.

• Maintain the standard of health, safety, hygiene, and security of the warehouse.

Plan and create daily delivery schedules for drivers.

• Carry out any other task or assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.

• Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Warehouse management, Logistics or Supply Chain.

• Certificate or Diploma in Business/Warehousing/Logistic/Supply Chain will be an advantage.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people from all department.

• Attention to details and show effective leadership in solving problems.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Self-motivated, willing to learn and proactive.

Forklift certification is a plus.

Mandarin* to effectively communicate with internal used Mandarin-speaking. ,
