Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for every aspect of the store operations, ensuring that all areas of the store are well maintained, engaged, performing, and delivering a high standard of working culture.
Warehouse Supervisor builds team capabilities to drive strategy and achieve key results for the business. This role is also responsible for the talent acquisition strategy, ongoing people development and growth within the department. 3 areas the leader needs to focus on:-
- OPERATIONS
- Manage whole store profit and loss (P&L) in accordance with goals (sales, budget, etc.).
Manage the inbound/outbound stocks- Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store.
Able to create a high standard of SOP for the inventory process flow
- Manage floor plan and make decisions to drive efficiency and effectiveness of floor operations.
Familiar with inventory system in managing the in-house stocks- Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Plan and execute high-level quarterly and annual planning for store with respect to strategy, budget, and labor.
- Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management.
- PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Responsible and act as a leader and key person of the store.
Working closely with COO on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions and constructive feedback.
- Build a strong team that includes team members with various experiences, backgrounds, and skillsets to drive store operations.
Manage the stores hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.- Support ongoing learning and development of all store team members consistently by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
Provide team member recognition, gap assessment, and overall performance documentation to support growth reinforce the career and personal growth of your team and address performance concerns.
- Plan and prepare team member working schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.

- CLEANLINESS
- Ensure housekeeping is completed every day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
