- Manage & Control daily activities to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in receiving & distribution process.
Responsible for planning, delegating & overseeing daily warehouse operation.- Monitor & ensure inbound, inventory & outbound productivity & accuracy
Implementation & supervising of policies & SOP
- Maintain the highest level of security by improving & monitoring security procedures.
Achieves financial objective in controlling of logistics & warehouse cost by preparing annual budget, monitoring on warehouse cost & initiating corrective actions.- Maintain & practice good housekeeping to create a clean & safe working environment in the warehouse.
Perform special assignments or projects and additional related duties. Maintain highest level of security by improving & monitoring on security procedures
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
To carry out improvement plan & optimization activities- Perform special assignments or projects and additional related duties.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in logistic/ transportation
Computer literate MS, ERP software
- Effective communication & presentation skill
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Preferably Manager specializing in logistics/supply chain or equivalent. Candidate with senior executive role with experience handling a logistics team may also apply.
