We are looking to hire operations executive with at least 1 year experience in warehousing or supply chain logistics, familiarity with SAP system is a bonus.
- Planning the daily activities to achieve the target as per planning.
Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods accurately in location.
- Accurately updating all data into computer and manual recording systems.
Ensure proper packaging and labelling of products before they are dispatched.- Communicating and updating clients on operational planning.
Coordinating transportation with internal and external transporters.
- Ensuring a clean and safe workhouse for staffs to work in.
Monitoring stock levels.- Submitting daily reports to clients.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Experience with office productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word etc.)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized & committed to deadlines.
- Highly responsible, able to multi-task and a fast worker.
