Role: Enhance the organization businesses performance of entire operation from day to day in transforming the technologies, process, SOP and customer demand real time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle stock inbound and outbound process validity
Activate inbound stock available live immediately upon goods arrive- Maintaining, tracking inventory & labeling
Pack, stock, organize and rearrange product in warehouse
- Pick and pack orders for dispatch
Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date- Monitor and manage inventory control on out of stock threshold
Manage and handle shipping, loading and unloading process
- Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency
Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the sales performance- Input stock and inventory data in appropriate system
Keep accurate stock records
- Refill and order stock with suppliers
Carry out stock counts as and when audited- Coordinate with platforms campaign PIC and drive actively in marketing activities
Refill stock for buffer back up as and when require
- Enhance and support walk in customer, riders, phone, chat & email inquiry of orders
