Job Description

The purpose of this job is to manage daily operations of store function, which includes but not limited to stock receipt, stock arrangement and proper storage, handling stock request and supply, generating necessary documentation to document the transaction, performing stock count and ensure proper threshold maintain for operation need.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensure store cleanliness and in orderly condition, maximise space utilization and application of inventory technique to ensure proper storage condition is achieved for all stocks.
Handling all incoming stock delivery by ensuring quantity and item description match documentation given and fulfil company standards operating procedure.
  • Handling stock request from various official channels and fulfil within stipulated timeline.
Plan for monthly stock packing which include stock availability, stock packing and logistic arrangement to send to branches.
  • Timely execute administration procedures for goods receipts, stock transfer to internal clients and stock issuance to external clients
Always monitor stock level for all items stored to ensure replenishment is done on time to avoid any disruption in supply which compromise service level.
  • To communicate and coordinate with vendors for stock delivery when necessary.
To summarise or provide compilation pertaining to stock movement to management as and when needed.
  • To ensure the fulfilment of external clients consumables, request in the absence of the staff which include printing of pre-printed request forms
Responsible to source and purchase non-frequently used items which involved petty cash handling.

Other expectations from this role are to:
  • Physically healthy for load lifting job in warehouse and good mathematical sense.
Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work, patients record, etc.
  • Actively support all company policy rules and procedures, as stated in Companys Handbook, including Safety and Health.
Undertake any reasonable task as requested by immediate superior or of higher level of authority and carry out any other duties necessary to ensure the proper performance of the title of the post and its grading.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time to assist in the smooth running of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM2,

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:


GDL License (Preferred)
