Responsible for planning and coordination of day-to-day warehouse operation activities such as receiving, transporting, stacking, order filing, shipping and maintaining stock records in warehouse.
Be responsible on warehouse layout, warehouse space utilization, equipment and manpower arrangement.
Do marketing and find new clients for scaffolding material sales & rental in order to increase revenue for the company.
Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management on the implementation of these improvements.
To ensure that our Company materials PPS CREAM certification are renewed on timely manner & maintained accordingly.
Manage & monitor scaffolding material repair works to ensure material optimization and cost minimization.
To ensure all warehouse reports and documentation are updated timely and accurate.
Perform inspection, and physical count on scaffold / equipments materials to quantify against delivery documents both outgoing and incoming.
To maintain tagging or inventory label for material identification and arrange materials by bay, condition and sizes for easy accessibility of materials.
To ensure cycle count and stock count is carried out promptly.
Ensure data entries performed in inventory system and stock card maintained accordingly.
Investigate on discrepancies, damage or missing materials and provide reports on findings.
To ensure all repaired materials to meet FIT TO USE condition and maintain record on repair/service of damage materials and maintain records on disposal of scrap materials.
To conduct materials and inventory audits at all project sites, branches and warehouse.
Liaising with internal customers on scaffold material requirements for future project in advance & make arrangements accordingly.
To perform monthly invoicing with complete documentation to internal and external clients & follow up on collections accordingly.
Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management / MD.
Responsible for safety & security of materials at warehouse and to monitor the work performance of security personnel at warehouse.
To monitor on the vehicle movement and any 3rd party entry to the warehouse in order to safeguard the assets at warehouse.
Comply to all Company Policies, SOPs, Procedures, goals, objectives & KPI.
- Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehouse or logistic field, preferably in Scaffolding industry.
Knowledge and experience in handling ISO requirements.
