Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
  • Execute and support case booking with daily system transactions, inventory and case records for reliable data integrity.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle clerical and administrative work related to warehousing and logistics activity.
  • Generate system (SAP) document for dispatch and return of consignment surgical kit.
Update daily surgery case records and courier shipment.
  • Collect and compile case booking documents for CS billing.
Update Medical Representatives on surgery case booking on items availability and usage timely, where necessary.
  • Liaise and follow through with Courier service provider for consignment kit dispatch and collection.
Produce accurate records for KPI analysis.
  • Adhere to individual clients requirement and guidelines such as SOP, WI, KPI, etc.
Ensure adherence to Companys SOP, ISO, GSDP, GDP, GDPMD, GMP, Code of Conduct, 5S and EHS policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as and when required by the management.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess a Diploma or equivalent in any field.
  • At least one (1) year of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,200.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
