Warehouse Executive oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a range of goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, a
warehouse manager manages people, processes and systems, in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and productivity targets are met.

- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Warehouse)
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.- Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided- Ensure the delivery items to driver and production team as per request and the delivery can be on time.
Counting the stock by daily and update to stock card
High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require an associates or bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field; prior supervisory experience is often preferred.
Ability to manage and organize warehouse operations efficiently.- Knowledge of operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements related to warehouse operations.
Ability to enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
Ability to create and manage work schedules for warehouse staff.
