Warehouse Executive

Warehouse Executive oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a range of goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, a warehouse manager manages people, processes and systems, in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and productivity targets are met.

• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Warehouse)

Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization

• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system

• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)

Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided

• Ensure the delivery items to driver and production team as per request and the delivery can be on time.

Counting the stock by daily and update to stock card

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require an associates or bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field; prior supervisory experience is often preferred.

Ability to manage and organize warehouse operations efficiently.

• Knowledge of operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.

Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to inventory, shipping, and receiving.

• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements related to warehouse operations.

Ability to enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.

Ability to create and manage work schedules for warehouse staff.
