Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manages customers inventories and resolve discrepancies between physical count and system records
  • Plan and supervise day-to-day operation.
  • Plan and manage changes on space utilisation and layout.
  • Managing the overall operation workflow.
  • Attend and resolve customers enquiries and problems.
  • Prepare analysis and reporting for warehouse manager.
  • Maintain condition of warehouse and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & B. Malaysia
  • Report writing. Computer literate - i.e MS Excel, Word, Power Point, WMS
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least Diploma or above.
  • Mandarin is advantage.
