Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Implementing and optimizing warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Leading and developing the warehouse team, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Developing and managing the warehouse budget.
  • Implementing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure warehouse performance.

Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management, and logistics software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Experience in planning and managing projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
