This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Coordinator at SUPERB COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. located in Pelabuhan Klang. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations by handling warehouse operations, maintaining records, organizing workflow, plan day-to-day operational activities, managing communication, and providing assistance to the management team. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Manages the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.
Assigns tasks and work orders to warehouse associates.
- Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
Dispatches and answers inbound truck orders.- Reviews open and closed sales orders and invoices.
Categorizes inventory and completes inventory tracking.
- Creates and files sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.
Works closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.- Collaborates with the warehouse supervisor and associates.
Assists the operations department with fulfillment and quality control.
- Escalates issues to managers when necessary.
Uses warehouse management systems (WMS) and Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) software.- Follows all company policies and procedures.
Adheres to good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Minimum Diploma in Business, Supply Chain or any other related fields
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the warehousing (Cold Storage) & FMCG
Hands-on experience with WMS and YMM applications.- Excellent knowledge people management and disciplined
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good discipline & attitude, attendance is crucial.- Physically fit and healthy. Can read & write in English.
Hands-on with all Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on in reporting skills
Able to work over-time (OT) as and when needed.Monday to Saturday

Pay: RM1,- 00 - RM2,999.00 per month
